Nuclieus offers free worldwide insured shipping on all orders. Priority insured shipping is also available on select models. Please proceed to checkout to see the available shipping options for your desired Power Series.

All Nuclieus orders are shipped with DHL Express. Expected delivery time once shipped:
EU/UK: Overnight
USA: 2-3 business days
UAE/Middle East: 3 business days
Canada: 3-5 business days
Australia/NZ: 5-8 business days
R E T U R N S
The Nuclieus return policy is valid for 14 days since the day you receive the Power Series.
To be eligible for a refund, the Power Series must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unused and in the original packaging.
- Please contact the Nuclieus team regarding your return.
- You will be asked to ship the Power Series to our headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium where certified agents will re-verify it's authenticity. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Nuclieus will not cover return shipping costs or any import duties that Nuclieus would have to incur to receive the Power Series. Please note Nuclieus will not refund any amounts paid for shipping when the order was placed.
- Once certified authentic, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Please note: you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In most cases, we can arrange for an insured shipping service. Bespoke and personalized pieces are not eligible for returns.
Nuclieus High Jewelry is crafted bespoke and cannot be returned.

I M P O R T D U T I E S
Orders in EU / UK / UAE / US / Canada are not subject to any additional duties / taxes. We cover door to door insured shipping, taxes, and duties. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there are no additional delivery fees.
Rest of World: most orders are not subject to any additional duties. However, as duties are levied (if any) at the discretion of your country's import customs, we cannot provide an indication of the duty amount. Rest assured, as part of the Nuclieus International Power Programme, we share duties by covering half the duty amount that is levied on your order.
